This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of TrimmerOne (the "Service"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Master Service Agreement. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and/or legal action.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not permit any Authorized User to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, including cannabis-related activities in jurisdictions where they are not expressly permitted and licensed
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing attempts, or chain communications through the Service
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent
- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, ransomware, malware, or any other malicious code
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights of any third party
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or to benchmark the Service for publication without our prior written consent
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate limits, usage quotas, access controls, or security mechanisms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data—including production records intended to deceive regulators, auditors, or business partners
2. AI Feature Misuse
When using AI-powered features, you may not:
- Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts from the AI
- Generate content for illegal purposes, harassment, or to deceive third parties
- Use adversarial prompts designed to elicit harmful, biased, or policy-violating outputs
- Submit excessive automated requests intended to exhaust shared token quotas
- Rely solely on AI output for safety-critical, regulatory, or compliance decisions without human review
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning the user, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, reporting activities to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies. We may act with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. We are not obligated to monitor your use of the Service but reserve the right to do so to protect the Service, our users, and third parties.
